I don't have a PayU account. Can I still make a purchase?

Yes! You do not need your own PayU account to purchase from TAMA Towels. We simply process your credit card payment via PayU - it's as easy as entering your Visa or Mastercard details when prompted to do so.

When will my order arrive?

We ship all items within 48hrs of your funds being cleared in our account. Items are sent via registered post and will normally take between 3-5 business days to arrive. If you have not received your item within 7 days of purchase, please contact us so that we can follow up for you.
