Our priority is your satisfaction with our products and services. TAMA signed an agreement with couple carrier companies to deliver your product from Turkey to your house within 3 days after receiving the transaction. We work with European and US carrier companies.

Please bear in mind that some countries customs clearance offices run extra checks at peak times, this could be due to high security alerts, threats, or additional training. These are for your protection and safety.  Delays at Customs are not uncommon and we have no control over any resulting inconvenience from them.



Per both wholesale and individual purchases, our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with any tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging. TAMA will cover the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error such that it is incorrect or defected product.

Our products are made from 100% Cotton, Cotton/Bamboo and Cotton/Linen blends. Please use cold water with gentle cleaning products. Avoid harsh chemicals. Tumble drying may cause shrinkage. Please leave product to dry in a cool shaded area to avoid fading and sun bleaching. Also, we suggest avoiding hanging your product as this may warp the shape. 



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment approximately within four weeks. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the product (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will provide you all the information.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item unless it is a result of our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
